Concrete base should be dry (not more than 4% residual moisture), chemically eutral, even (not more than 5 mm on the base of 2 meters), endurable (compressive resistance of concrete base is not less than 15 MPa, for columns - not less than 10 MPa, tensile strength - not less than 1.5 MPa); should not have starved spots, cement milk, defects and cracks. The base fragments with insufficient strength as well as areas contaminated with oils should be removed mechanically. The base temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C. It is recommended to apply the material with a trowel.

Mixing proportion A : B = 3 : 1 (by weight).
Thoroughly mix separately components "A" and "B" separately using a low-speed stirrer (200-400 rpm) with a mixing attachment for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Then mix components "A" and "B" in a weight ratio of 4:1 and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes in the container of component "A". The mixture shouldhave a homogenous color.

Set of 30 kg. Component "A": pails of 22.5 kg. Component "B": pails of 7.5 kg.

Storage period is 12 months (as from the date of manufacture). Epoxy adhesive is stored in warehouses and transported in undamaged original packaging at temperatures not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C. During storage and transportation it is not allowed to place pallets with components on top of each other.

Components "A" and "B" in an unmixed state, in the liquid phase may cause pollution of water bodies. Do not allow to enter drains, soil and groundwater. The cured material can be disposed of as construction waste.

Epoxy adhesive can cause hand skin irritation. Treat hands and open skin with protective cream before operation. Overalls are mandatory, as well as rubber gloves and safety glasses. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with warm water and consult a doctor immediately. If skin irritation occurs, consult a physician. When working with the material it is necessary to ensure ventilation of the place.
