Xwrap Resin Injection is a two-component epoxy resin with special chemical and physical parameters.
Due to low viscosity and special properties of the product, it is used as a structural adhesive in the restoration of concrete structures by injection and impregnation. Component "A" is a mixture of epoxy resins. Component "B" is an amine curing agent containing special additives.

The approximate consumption of Xwrap Resin Injection epoxy resin is 100-300 grams per 1 packer depending on the crack width and depth, porosity and texture of the base. A test application should be made to determine the exact amount of material to be used.
The surface should be constructively stable, trimmed with peening or other blasting up to a "healthy" base free of loose particles and weak concrete.
The finished mixture should be used within 70 minutes. Xwrap Resin Injection should be used with a 1K epoxy injection pump. It is also possible to use a rubber trowel until all surface pores in the mixture are filled. Tools and equipment must be washed immediately after use. The set mortar can only be removed mechanically.

12 months, in the original closed package in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of 15° - 30°C. If the material is stored at temperatures below +15°C, significant thickening of component A may occur due to crystallization of the epoxy resin. In this case, the material should be heated to 40-60°C (e.g. in a water bath) and allowed to endure for 30-60 minutes. The material will then fully recover its original properties. DON'T FREEZE!
