Carbon fiber composite plates are strong and lightweight materials with a distinctive woven surface pattern, available in 2×2 Twill or Plain weave. The plates are manufactured from carbon fiber and an epoxy matrix/prepreg using a controlled curing process, ensuring consistent properties and a high-quality surface free from pores and voids. They are suitable for both structural components and decorative applications.
The material is easy to machine and can be milled, sawn, drilled, and cut, including by waterjet. For waterjet cutting, pre-drilling at the jet entry point is recommended.
Each plate is individually wrapped in protective film to ensure safe transportation and storage.
